Colette Phair is the author of Nightmare in Silicon, which won the Chiasmus Press First Book Competition, and which Alan Moore called “a toxic-shock torrent of bad energy and beautiful language.” Her short fiction and articles have appeared in The Apocalypse Reader, Bitch Magazine, 3:AM, and Women’s Studies Quarterly. Her partner Jesse and she recently started the The Slow Travel Channel on YouTube to share their lives traveling the world as digital nomads. Her novel In Your Shadow tells three interwoven stories about the struggle between genetic inheritance and self-determination. She is currently writing Daydreams From The Future, which is the sequel to Nightmare in Silicon, and curates memes via the SciFi.Memes Instagram account.
